Jiantong Li分别于2002年从中国科技大学取得学士学位,于2005年从中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所取得硕士学位,于2010年从瑞典皇家理工学院KTH取得博士学位。在那之后,他就一直在皇家理工学院Mikael Östling教授的研究小组担任高级研究员。他的研究兴趣包括印刷电子,喷墨印刷,碳纳米管,石墨烯和二维材料,能源储存以及蒙特卡罗模拟渗流理论。他已经在知名杂志上发表了20多篇论文,如《先进材料》和《物理评论》。最近,由于在印刷电子产品研究方面的特殊贡献,他已经获得了“瑞典约兰•古斯塔夫松奖”和“玛丽夫人居里奖学金”。他对印刷电子产品的研究。他还是Aninkco AB公司的共同创始人和首席技术官,一家瑞典的二维材料油墨公司。

Two-dimensional layered materials, such as graphene and MoS2, willplay an important role in future electronics featuring compactness,flexibility, stretchability and light weight. Inkjet printing, a purelyadditive and mask-free patterning technique, is anticipated to make up for manydrawbacks of the conventional lithography technology and facilitate theapplications of 2D materials in extensive research and industrial fields. Atpresent, however, critical technical challenges, such as incompatible rheology,too low concentration and too short stable endurance, prevent inkjet printingfrom being efficient for the applications of 2D materials in electronics. Inthis presentation, I will introduce our innovative technology concept,distillation-assisted solvent exchange, which effectively addresses thecritical challenges. By successfully implementing this concept, we havedeveloped a reliable inkjet printing technique for 2D materials with theresolution as high as 50 um, and have demonstrated a variety of electronicapplications of inkjet printed 2D materials, including on-chip (integratable) micro-supercapacitors,transparent conductors, photodetectors and embedded resistors. Our technique ispromising to expedite the market growth of printed electronics.
